WTF?!?

I wasn't planning on posting anything tonight, but I just had to share this story. It seems a peeping tom was discovered in the waste tank of a toilet at a swimming hole a bit north of where I live. Uggghh...*gag*...ugh...man, that is so wrong. Seriously, wtf is that about.
